The Village of Key Biscayne (“Village”) pursuant to Florida Statutes §287.055, the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (“CCNA”), as may be amended, hereby issued a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to interested, qualified and licensed contractors in the State of Florida, for the following services/project: CONTINUING ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND PLANNING SERVICES.  The Village of Key Biscayne encourages small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms to submit proposals.

Any questions, comments, request for information or clarification must be submitted to procurement@keybiscayne.fl.gov and received no later than, March 19, 2026, 9:00 a.m. Bidders, their agents, and associates are encouraged not to contact or solicit any Village Council Member, Village employee, or official regarding this RFP/ITB/RFQ after the bid opening.  Only that individual listed above as the contact person shall be contacted.
